1. Scope
This Notice covers vehivyn.com and app.vehivyn.com. “Cookies” includes browser cookies and comparable local or session storage. Intravyn Ltd is responsible for the marketing-site choices described here. PostHog and Meta Pixel run only on the public marketing website, not inside signed-in garage workspaces.
2. Storage we use
| Name | Purpose | Type and lifetime |
|---|---|---|
vehivyn_analytics_consent | Stores the policy version, optional tracking choice and decision timestamp. Essential to remember your choice. | First-party cookie; one year, renewed when the website is revisited. |
vehivyn_analytics_visitor | Pseudonymous visitor UUID used for consented aggregate page and signup measurement. | Optional first-party cookie; one year, created only after consent. |
vehivyn_analytics_session | Pseudonymous session UUID used for consented aggregate page measurement. | Optional session storage; ends with the browser session. |
ph_vehivyn_marketing_posthog and related ph_vehivyn_marketing_posthog* entries | PostHog’s pseudonymous device, visitor and session state for consented marketing-site analytics. The integration uses browser local/session storage rather than a PostHog cookie. | Optional local and session storage; created only after consent. Persistent analytics state remains until consent is withdrawn or storage is cleared; session entries end with the browser session. |
vehivyn_posthog_consent | Enforces the PostHog opt-in or opt-out state so the SDK remains unable to capture when optional tracking is refused or unresolved. | Essential local storage; remains until browser storage is cleared or the choice is replaced. |
_fbp and _fbc | Meta Pixel browser and ad-click identifiers used to measure Meta campaign performance and support audience-based advertising. | Optional first-party cookies set only after consent; typically up to 90 days under Meta’s settings. |
vehivyn_analytics_withdrawal_retry | Temporarily retries an analytics-erasure request if it could not be delivered while leaving the page. | Essential session storage; removed after success or when the browser session ends. |
fp_authToken | Authenticates signed-in app users and protects access to a business workspace. | Strictly necessary first-party cookie; up to one day or until logout. |
The exact browser presentation can vary by device, and PostHog or Meta may update their technology. A browser or user may clear its own cookies or storage at any time.
3. Your choices
The first layer gives equally prominent Accept all, Reject all and Manage cookies controls. First-party analytics, PostHog and Meta Pixel are off until you actively allow them. A refusal is saved just like an acceptance and is not automatically reversed.
Your latest structured choice is preserved for one year. We ask again after a material change to optional-tracking purposes or providers. While that fresh decision is unresolved, optional tracking stays off.
4. Analytics and advertising measurement
After consent, Vehivyn creates random visitor and session UUIDs and sends the page path, external referrer host, consent-policy version and server timestamp to its own analytics service. These identifiers are pseudonymous, not anonymous. Vehivyn does not include form contents or email addresses in those first-party page-view events.
After the same consent, PostHog receives page-view, page-leave, click, change, form-submit and copied-text interaction events, person-profile data and session replays on public marketing routes. This can include complete URLs with query strings and fragments, referrers and campaign parameters; visible page and element text; DOM element names and attributes; form interactions and non-password input values; event times; random device/session identifiers; browser and operating-system details; device type; viewport/screen sizes; and network-derived context. These fields are not masked or removed by the website integration after consent. Heatmaps, surveys, feature flags, exception capture and browser performance capture remain disabled. The browser sends events to PostHog Cloud EU; Intravyn requires the project to discard stored client IP data.
Meta Pixel receives a PageView for each public marketing route. Meta may receive the page URL, referrer, Meta cookie identifiers, IP address, user agent and other browser, device and network information. Vehivyn uses pixel ID 1876137086727865 to measure Meta campaign performance and support audience-based advertising. No advanced-matching fields are configured in the website code. Meta handles this information under its Privacy Policy.
Vehivyn’s raw first-party page views and linked signup-attribution records have no scheduled age-based expiry. PostHog event and replay retention follows the configured project plan and settings. Intravyn restricts access and reviews continued necessity and retention settings at least annually; a review date does not itself trigger a purge. Meta controls retention within its advertising systems.
5. Withdrawing consent
Open Cookie preferences and reject optional tracking. New first-party analytics, PostHog capture and Meta PageView tracking stop. PostHog’s pseudonymous browser state is cleared while its opt-out state remains, Meta consent is revoked in the loaded pixel, known Meta cookies are expired, Vehivyn visitor and session UUIDs are cleared, and the browser sends Vehivyn’s first-party analytics-erasure request. Vehivyn deletes page views for that visitor UUID and unlinks it from signup attribution.
Your declined preference remains so the banner does not repeatedly ask. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal or automatically delete events already held by PostHog or Meta. Email legal@intravyn.com with a rights or erasure request; Intravyn will apply it to its providers where required.
